I'm off to Detling today, looking forward to being on the panel and learning and listening - i'll let you know how it goes... If you're interested there is a blog of the seminars and further discussions here.
Another of the questions that we might start to explore today is what we think the message of Jesus is. So I'll throw it open to hear from you...
- what do you think the message of Jesus is?
- And for a bonus: in what ways do you embody the message/follow the messanger?
The message of Jesus is one of freedom from slavery and imprisonment, love and justice. It is a radical message meant to turn the empire on it's ear.

Message of Jesus is release from sin in Exile, and the inauguration of the KOG and all that it comprises, including redemption and destiny.
Embodying the message is to point people in the direction of Jesus.
