In these days of web 2.0 I think I need to leave behind click and browse and get some assistance from a feed reader [especially as my blog list just about doubled today!].
I tried out the google one and didn't really like it so if anyone has please got any recomendations/tips/suggestions for me, i'd love to hear them?

I have tried so many RSS readers, but have landed on bloglines...I love it, quick, easy and the new playlists for key blogs is a life saver.

Paul, I see myself added to the list of people who inspire...is that a mistake??
mmmmmm
I would like to think I inspire myself - but really I am actually not that proud of myself a lot of the time. I fall so short.
I suppose it's encouraging to think that there is room for improvement, to become better, more godly, more humble, more wise, more loving, more patient...thank God He knows and understands and loves me as I am! it's a tough journey sometimes but He's there with me, rebuking me, growing me, refining me and loving me...
Thank you, though, seriously, I don't know if I deserve to be there, but - THANK YOU :)

No thank you Rach!
The thoughts you express are precisely why you make the inspired list - i'm inspired most of all by people who live and love in reality and fnd themselves a work in progress with the hope/confidence as Paul says:
"being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus"
Philippians 1:6 (New International Version)

I too use bloglines. I tried My Yahoo for a while but found it unreliable. Bloglines is easy to use and you can download a handy little button so you can add new blogs to the list really easily. One of the blogs I read regularly doesn't update properly, but other than that no complaints.

If you are running firefox, I've heard a lot of good things about sage..

I use bloglines as well and have for over a year now. I like it quite well. The new blogger seems to be having some problems with it, but they are gradually working those bugs out.
I'm always on the lookout for new stuff, so I might try sage on Joseph's recommendation (since I do run Firefox on my mac).
